The garden is starting to develop colour in other places now, mainly roses. This is a climbing rose outside my window where I sit at the computer. John pruned it right down to an inch of its life and whoopee, it has bloomed so beautifully. This wee rose was trying to nose its way in my open window.
Three Good Things:
1. Facetime with Son and family in Canada. Granddaughter has developed a stammer! Why! I told them about singing.
2. Watched police chases on Tube on our big screen and it was so exciting! People are so stupid!
3. No hail and thunder as forecast.

Stunning rose maggie! I love the way it’s just lying there next to you looking in! Max developed a stammer when he was around three, DIL was very worried about it. Speech therapy etc but I told her he will grow out of it....so much to say but can’t get the words out fast enough! Not a sign of a stammer two years later! All these things worry you when you are a mum specially first time mums! Tell them to listen carefully & not to rush her & try _ ignore!

Yes, singing is an excellent plan to combat a stammer.
