It’s Friday again! Seems to happen every few days!
Fish tonight was Monkfish, a tender, white fleshed fish and a good source of Vitamin B12 and Selenium; and a source of Iodine, Phosphorus, Potassium and Niacin (vitamin B3).
No photos of the fish but of the crescent moon surrounded in a misty cloak.
Three Good Things:
1. The batter for the fish and the scallops was from a packet but I added lemonade instead of beer or water. Thin but tasty!
2. Wore a new pair of shoes - like slippers and not to be worn in rain. So comfy!
3. At 9pm, I had only 3 steps to go to get to my goal for the day with my fitbit. Needless to say I achieved this!
