Every photo I take, I should learn something. This is trying to use macro but wanted a black background. One camera eventually obliged. Maybe good on the Black…
A tiny rhododendron that has been inside too long in a vase. I was intrigued with this floret which still had its wits about it!
What I’m thankful for:
1. Got two bottles (glass) of the full and fresh milk today - a photo will follow together with a comment on the flavour!
2. I’m a great believer in natural foods - milk has all the components to help absorb all the good minerals and vitamins within milk .. for instance. Eggs are the same.
3. The AA came out to start our motor caravan and was very successful! Now… how long do I allow before asking John to turn the motor off? A really apt statement I saw recently is:
“If a man says he will fix it, he will! There is no reason to remind him every six months!”
Ha ha all the words a dairy farmer likes to hear maggie! I haven’t had full cream milk as we call it in ages...I buy the semi skimmed variety, we don’t like the full one in our tea but love it on our cereal! Very true re #3 GT but it’s hard not to!
Amazing macro of this rhododendron but it’s the black background I love! Makes things stand out so well.
@happypat The real full cream option in milk is difficult to keep - the cream stays on the top and you get lumps in your tea. However this one I think must be homogenised.
What a super macro - really stands out on the black background , and even more spectacular if viewed on black -- just like it floats in space ! Had to smile at your no 3 !
@beryl In our time and age, Beryl we should aim to put our best foot forward only - it you have a best foot! Sink back into self awareness and nothing else if that suits!
VM agree that 'timely reminders' from the distaff have little or no effect in realising a task. What you say reminds me of the old adage 'Patience is a virtue, possess it if you can, found seldom in a women and never in a man'
Amazing macro of this rhododendron but it’s the black background I love! Makes things stand out so well.
