A favourite dish

Very simple but when the egg is done right, it is so delicious. I like it with the middle a little liquidy!
The salt and peppers were bought in a little street French Market some 5 years ago.
Thankful for:
Masterchef on again - Australia. I love it but hubby is dedicated to his book!
