Opposite

Opposite on the hill from us, a developing Retirement Centre is being built. My Zoom is better than our binoculars!
I can see what's happening ... all these villas have been sold and they can't keep up with demand! Got to be a reason here!
The villas up on the ridge have been built for some years and are always occupied.
