John dug up some spring carrots which were definitely all right, steamed and served with a garlic, honey and lemon sauce. He also dug up some radishes and thought they might be worth cooking up like the carrots! Result - nice texture - no radish flavour at all.
I had no idea radishes would have no flavor if they were cooked. I’ve never tried it before and probably won’t now.
