Another Lighthouse

This one on Cape Egmont, well to the west on the North Island.
On the right was the Cape Egmont Surf Club that also incorporated the Coastguard Rescue Team. I'd hate to launch a rescue boat on this coast when there was trouble!

There was a small area where camping was permitted but only 4 camper vans here.

We used to live just up the road from this, it can be rather inhospitable around there though

@graemestevens The waves coming in here at this time was a somewhat feroocious sound! Heaven knows what it was like in a serious Tasman event!
