Sometimes our heads can impact our bodies.
Today was full of knots … but once I got my camera back in my hands, I was able to be in the moment and the 365 Project allowed me to unwind a bit. I kept reminding myself to -breathe deeply and exhale slowly. It worked.
@kartia
I couldn’t agree more.
My first year was 2011 and that year was, in many ways, a photo journal of that year. It’s easy to write in ‘code’ that only you understand but the picture with the ‘code’ adds to the description of the words. Life got better after that year but I’m glad I used my first year to walk through rough times and unexpected blessings,
In the case of this shot, a family member relapsed for the fifth time in two years and this last time got out of rehab and relapsed four days later - we now hold him with open hands.

Thanks Mags! I am so looking forward to our drive trip down the Oregon Coast next week.
