Had no idea my old Photoshop would do this. Then again, what I know about my version of Photoshop would not fill a thimble. It's good to experiment. Sometimes it turns out interesting and sometimes it's a big mess. LOL!
I put a black and white shot through pointillize adjusting the slider for size (which added color), then pinch adjusting the slider for different sizes and scale, then added the craquelure texture.
