Taco Lucha Deconstructed

My get pushed partner of LAST week, April Casey, challenged me to explore some of " the special effects and the self-collage options" on my camera. I didn't have time last week and had to give her a rain check. Yesterday I finally experimented with the selective color special effect. I have a couple of other shots to post - all of these are pretty mundane shots, but it was fun to try out. The blue seemed to work the best. The one that was hardest to get to work was yellow. Some things that looked really yellow didn't show up in color at all. Not very consistent. Here is the Taco Lucha in Aggieville (business area next to campus). There were other colors in it's sign -- yellow, which didn't show up, and green that was not very prominent because there wasn't too much of it.
@aecasey Finally got around to exploring the special effects in my camera. Belatedly, here is a response to the challenge you gave me. I will be posting a few others, mainly because I have a lot of blank spaces to fill. hahaha

How interesting! I love the comparison ... I don't have much for in camera effects. This is cool!

What a fabulous photo, or collage. I think my camera might do this as well I might have to check it out

So neat to see what you can do with the same photo processed in different ways.
