Mom's Ring

A slip of paper Mom included in the box with this ring says "A ring my dad gave me when I was named Royal Purple editor and was elected to Mortar Board." The Royal Purple is the yearbook of Kansas State University (Kansas State College back when she was a student) So those were two college honors her senior year.
