With Portrait mode in place, and turned off post shooting. Turning “Portrait” to “Portrait Off” left the “Stage lighting” sub-setting in place. Only the background blur was turned off. Not as easy to see the difference with this than with the near tree trunk and farther blurred/not blurred background. But the subject is more interesting and illustrates the persistence of the lighting setting.
