mannequin collage

The collage that I used to create the "All Tangled Up" composition I posted in my main 365 album. This is one of two that are the same except that the white/black are inverted. I layered them and rotated one 45 degrees.
This is wonderful!

@sophiaz Thank you. I should have posted a link to the finished composition that I referred to and that this eventually went into: http://365project.org/mcsiegle/365/2014-09-23

Well this is cool too. I find the top row images very intriguing - looks like the mannequin of the first image has her hand extending to the second image, maybe reaching towards the third image. It could be another cool idea to play with -- make the images in the collage "spill" into each other.

@janim Jani, this is a very tardy reply. I'm pleased that you noticed the way the two in the top left join up. I wasn't necessarily going for that hand to belong to the one to its left, but I was trying to arrange with, as you characterized it, "spillage," white to white and black into black. There is some more of it in the lower right and also the image just below top left. With this collage, I was limited by the few shots I had taken. I went back downtown a week or two ago and took more shots of different mannequins. I'm about to post the resulting collage, which uses some of these and others taken more recently. I didn't do any rotating of images as I did here. Only flipping a couple horizontally.
