I was trying to get a shot of the fly because I liked the iridescent colours and the other one landed in my frame. I'm trying to be better organised with posting and commenting, so that I'm not still at my computer at midnight :)
Looks like you got an absolute bargain there. The detail and focus in that macro is terrific. I know how you feel about the posting, though. I'm now actually dreading going back to work and having less time to visit and comment :)
@sketch2 Thanks. I don't think I could keep up if I was still working. I could easily spend a couple of hours working out what to post, looking at photos and keeping up with comments :)
@chrysanthemum Thanks Christina, the flowers are my parsley that is going to seed. I was surprised at how pretty they are. The detail that you can get with a macro lens continually surprises me.
