The caretaker at Heron Point gave me a handful of almonds to feed the Port Lincoln Ringneck parrots.
There was a definite pecking order, but they were very well behaved. At times I had two on my arm and another on my head. It was a bit tricky trying to take photos one handed, but I think that managed some reasonable shots.
I think that this fellow saw his reflection in my lens. He walked up to my elbow before flying away.
