My neighbor has beautiful tiger lilies - every color you could imagine - and had the sprinkler going. Had to dash between runs and shoot this pretty orange lily.
There's so much that interesting and intriguing about the interior of a tiger lily and you've captured it nicely, even while having to dodge the sprinkler! The water droplets add a nice touch to those stamen stems. (which is probably not actually what they're called)
Your comment on my bumble bee, the one about softness that kept the detail — it made complete sense. I got lucky that this particular bee landed on a flower that sort of stood out from the others and gave me a clear shot, allowing the background to blur nicely.
