Nice contrast on black. There was a fairly heavy fog on the field this morning and when the sun rose it really turned it this golden color. Almost too bright to look at.

Forteo is really a great medicine and has been proven to grow actual bone, so I personally (even though it didn't do much for me, it DID improve a little) think you should try it, if you don't mind injecting yourself. The needles are so tiny, that it really does NOT hurt! Have you already gotten broken bones? I have two compression fractures in my spine. Let me know what you do!!! Forteo is expensive, but if you can't afford it, you can fill out forms and get it free. Be sure to tell your doctor if s/he doesn't all ready know it. FAV!!!!!!!!!!
@cashew Really appreciate the information, Kathy - no broken bones yet, just the diagnosis of osteoporosis and the recommendation 2 years ago of treating it. As I have other issues with my stomach, I've been stalling and using walking (6 miles a day every day) and some light weights to try to keep it from getting worse. Will have a new scan probably next month and we'll see how things are.
