With the heat index just reported at 110 right now, I'm pretty well stuck at shooting at first light (walking in the dark for 45 minutes before that!) This sweet mockingbird was already resting and the sun had barely come up!
It has been SO hot by you!! You' be glad when the fall weather comes along. It is still hot here but there is a difference in the air already with a morning crispness that wasn't here last week. Our nights are always pretty cool. Great shot!!
