Our local county prisoners assist the community in many ways - from downtown landscape work to growing produce used by the jail and the extra sold for the Shop with a Cop Christmas program. This was the truck full of pumpkins for sale downtown - Good for all I believe.
The sight of so many little pumpkins brings a smile. They represent to me a wonderful time of the year. It's great how your community incorporates the incarcerated in activities. Very good idea.
