Instead of a perky teenaged gosling, this little guy reminded me of a tired old man gosling :) Almost too tired to pick up his feet and move. It was hot and humid - understood his feelings.

@koalagardens Just the birds - do keep the bird bath filled - this guy was about 20 feet from the Arkansas River. With all the mosquitoes we have, they discourage leaving standing water.

thanks for answering! we are having terrible effects on wildlife here in the summers as every one gets hotter. you would certainly need to change standing water all the time to be sure the mozzies weren't taking advantage that's for sure!
