Cheap Man's Axe Throwing Practice??

My "finds" are getting stranger! Found this pair of shears stuck in a stump over near the Memorial Garden. I know they weren't there the two weeks ago. We have a new business in town, Heathen's, which is an axe throwing place (never been in) - maybe someone trying it out?? - or somebody working the garden forgot them
