One Dirty Car

Now, I don't know what happened to this car... but I think it was sitting in the way when a council worker was using the whipper-snipper nearby...

I parked next to it and found it looking like this and just couldn't resist taking a photo of the mess it was in.

@bkbinthecity You know, I drove past it a few days later and it was still parked in exactly the same spot still looking the same. I think it might be stolen car now I think back. If it's still in the same spot tomorrow (Monday), I'll call the police and report it.
