Millennium Spoon

I found this spoon in an op-shop for $10... but I don't know much about it - only that it's made in Dublin and it's to celebrate the 1,000 years since Dublin was founded.

Otherwise, I've Googled and looked on ebay and it's not anywhere to be found as a salt spoon.

I've asked friends on Facebook, now I'm hoping to ask some people on here.

Does anyone know anything about the Dublin Millennium Spoon and its worth?
