I got held up at work this evening so, despite rushing up the road to a local lookout point to try and get a landscape shot of the local lake, I missed the light for a photo. So I took some long exposure, sideways movement shots similar to the ones I took at the beach at the weekend. I've decided I quite like the effect this creates.
Looking at this again I wonder if it's maybe a bit too dark because the lake was really quite silvery - perhaps I should have opened the shutter for a bit longer to try and lighten it a bit.
@tristansmum Thanks for your feedback Stephanie. I'm not very good a judging whether my photos are OK or not so I appreciate everyone's help and comments.
