Working on long exposure landscapes (or rather, seascapes) for the final two assignments of my Diploma paper. Took a quick trip to Thames to photograph this old wharf. Sean sat in the van having a beer or three (I drove us home), and watching a film, while I was taking pics. At one point he very kindly realised I might be cold when the sun went down and brought me a coat. It was freezing - I even had to get my gloves out. The fisherman sculpture looks very lonely nowadays. He used to have a few friends on other piles but they got swept away in a storm a few years ago. At least he had a heron and a couple of other birds to keep him company.
