We went to buy some matooke, an Ugandan speciality type of plantain only found in one Indian shop here in Drammen. Luckily they are open on Sundays. The matooke they had on display weren't so good, so my wife asked the shopkeeper if they had more. He brought out a box, and my wife grabbed all the content from the box. My wife is very happy.
The matooke is peeled with a knife, and boiled before serving. I really like Ugandan food, so I'm happy too, but I need to be careful not to eat too much so that I can keep it within my diet. (I'm still losing weight according to my schedule)
