After ending my extreme rail replacement shift I took this picture on my way home. I actually experienced both sunset and sunrise during my shift. I was exhausted, and pretty upset after hitting and killing a roe deer on the highway on my way home to the garage. I knew I wouldn't have the energy to do any photography today, so this was the best solution. After getting home and going to bed, I struggled to fall asleep. The accident was to fresh in my mind. After about three hours of sleep I woke up, and decided to get up, have breakfast and edit pictures.
This is actually the first time taking pictures for two days before and after a shift.
