Between the divide there is a river,
The water is clear and pure as driven snow.
It flows from a spring that wells forever,
Enriching the world beneath God Almighty's throne.
Though the masses won't believe it,
If it's there it's not too far to go.
Lead me to the water that can wash my heart clean,
Replenish my spirit.
Lead me to the water, the crystaline water,
Let me start over.
In the springs of living water, let each new day begin.
They're standing their ground out in the desert,
Wasting away but not thirsting anymore.
You're taking a chance against the current,
Old habits will stand and curse you from the shore.
But I'm sure I want to chance it, and the time has come,
So let me go.
Lead me to the water that can wash my heart clean,
Replenish my spirit.
Lead me to the water, the crystaline water,
Let me start over.
In the springs of living water, let each new day begin.
In the springs of living water, let each new day begin.

As the fall weather settles in I have become more and more thankful for my morning swim. It eases these arthritic joints and oils my achy muscles, so I'm ready to tackle the day. Although I did take some shots this morning, I decided it was quicker to upload a similar shot from the other day. The light streaming in from the window and the warm water always makes me think of this song. These waters have become healing waters for me in many ways.
Beautiful reflections and light! I love the water too! it calms me while simultaneously giving me energy! I feel so happy around flowers, mountains, sky and water! :)
@sls He's a great preacher. Thanks for sharing it! @potsbypam Thank you Pam- and wow- thanks for the fav!! @sanera Thanks Sam- I was really daring wading into the water to take the shot. I'm glad I didn't drop the camera!! @httpgeffed Thanks Colleen. I hoping by the end of the year I'll have more mobility and be able to do more than just the breast stroke, but we'll see.
exhaustless spring the water is free, all other streams are dry.
