Well, you knew I'd have to play around with at least one shot for the "gallery show"! Actually, I had originally intended to post a shot of some shadows created by the sun coming through the blinds and curtains in my bedroom today, but I couldn't get the shot to the way I saw it in post-processing. In the end I went to town playing with it and it landed in my second album. That left the quick black and white shot I took at the supermarket today for The Flash of Red gallery shot. In a way, it's fun that it's landed here, as during that first year on 365, I could often be found taking sneaky shots at the supermarket! I was always expecting the store security folks to come and confiscate my camera as if I was some industrial spy! No problem with taking a shot there today, and since the shot was slightly over-exposed, I decided to embrace it and turn it into a high-key rendition.
Well you sneaky little devil you!!! Great shot and awesome high key!! Love onions! Were these red ones? LOL Great job!!! I need to try something different myself, I have the itch to go outside my comfort zone. If it doesn't turn out, no one will know but me!! LOL Huge FAV!
I have never braved taking a photo in the supermarket! Maybe one day I will try with my phone - less conspicuous than hauling out a dslr! I like the high key effect.
Great shot and details. I take sneaky shots in supermarkets with my little handbag camera but always a bit nervous after being told not too in the garden centre.
I can just imagine the supermarket security people rolling their eyes when you go there these days.... "Here she is again. What's she going to take photos of this time? Maybe it will be me... I'd better hide...." Heheh :)
Love the idea of taking photos in a supermarket, just never been brave enough to actually attempt it.

Yes, now you know I'm a certifiable sneaky supermarket shooter. It is fun though!
