The ladies of the Stine Sunday School class have been decorating our sanctuary's Christmas tree with these Crismons for a LONG time!
Crismons are specialized Christmas ornaments that depict symbols associated with Jesus and the Christian faith.
The sign of the Fish depicts Jesus' invitation to the disciples Peter, Andrew, John and James to "Come and follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men". The two sets of brothers were all fishermen on the Sea of Galilee.
