Pick your tools of choice. Continuing the flat lay theme for this week of Flash of Red.
After posting this in my main album I realized it had uploaded in an odd way- so I fixed the image and reposted it but I didn't want to lose all your nice comments so I've put this in my third album now.
Quite an interesting combination of tools! @johnfalconer lol!
I especially like that crinkle cutter. Interesting to see the angled edge on it. I am wondering if it came that way or if thatβs from use I also like the paint coming off the handle. I have a few instruments like this, that I inherited from my grandmother.FAV
@johnfalconer I guess you could call this a "his and hers" image- the tools on the left are Jeff's- guitar picks, cutters for trimming the strings on his guitar, finger picks for the banjo, ear plugs (?? not sure why they're in there), and screw drivers for tightening the tuning pegs (but I'm guessing on that). On the other side are two vintage kitchen tools from my grandmothers- the knife and the slicer- and the measuring spoons which were a bridal shower gift and still in use. So that's the story behind them- no pliers used in cooking (o;
Thank you all for the views, comments and favs! I just noticed that this image did not upload properly! Part of the measuring spoons are splotchy and I'm not sure why that happened. I guess I'm stuck with it though because if I swap out the image, I'll loose all your comments! That's going to really bug me though!! haha So I will be bumping this into my third album and putting the corrected image in this spot. Hopefully it won't confuse you!
@grammyn Thanks Katy- if this ever happens again I shall ask- but for now, I just reposted the image and moved this one with its extra patch of teaspon, lock, stock and barrel, right on to the third album.
@randystreat That lower right hand corner- not sure what happened there! But the correct version is now in the main album where it belongs. Thanks for stopping by!

@grammyn As far as I can tell it came that way.
