Storm Brewing

After a very hot day yesterday, I wandered down to the foreshore last night when the temperature cooled, just in time to see this storm blowing in.

We had storms all night and heard the rumble of thunder until about 4 am, but most of the rain missed us and we only had 2 mm rain according to our rain gauge.

It is very warm and humid again today and I suspect we will have more storms this evening when the temperature cools again.
