I have taken down the original version of this shot and replaced it with this one. I was playing with the image in Nik Colour Efex and clicked on the solarisation button and look what happened!! I love it even though it looks unreal and is over edited. Sometimes it's good to get carried away!! LOL!!
What a remarkable image! I'm more than happy to reply again! AND fav! I don't recall if I told you that Ken drove me to this spot on our last night in town so I could try for some better photos... Even the wind caused blurring in a tripod photo! So I've got the "ordinary" and I quite enjoy seeing this by someone who clearly has a bit more time than I have at present!!! xo
I have no problem with 'carried away' or 'seeing-to', surprise, surprise. This is fantastic and I just love it. Yes, it's 'unreal', but at the same time it's very real in the way the scene is depicted. Definitely a fav for me.
