2016 09 30 My little robin

Back to my SLR for my bird shots and the detail and clarity is so much better than with the Lumix.

Definitely best on black!!

Beautiful shot, I agree the detail is fair better with the SLR .... especially when zooming on the Lumix seems to need a tripod. I noticed when reading the manual that a lot of the various settings required tripod too.

Will be nice to see the robins again. There's not many birds in the garden at the feeders as they have enough natural food to keep them going.

@shepherdmanswife I have been hearing the robins singing this last week - such a beautiful song! So good to see him back in the garden. My feeders are crowded all day long with about 15 goldfinches! They are so greedy!
