The flowers in the Woburn Abbey gardens were beautiful yesterday. I loved this Rock Rose flower which only lasts for a day. It has a crumpled paper texture and the flowers were covered with rain drops from the passing shower.

I seem to have made a mistake with the dates on my uploads and have already used todays date. I seem to have missed the 24th May - now how did that happen? LOL!!
Excellent - tissue paper plant - I used to live in Buckinghamshire, which is not all that far from Woburn....used to go there a lot, especially when my kids were young...lovely grounds.............
Now that's weird Pam. I've just arrived home after a day out at Woburn Abbey and Safari Park. I saw your white flower and thought "that's just like the pink flower I took a shot of today". Then I read underneath that you had taken yours at Woburn too.
