He looks so innocent doesn’t he? Don’t you believe it! He keeps chasing and jumping on Finlay and his favourite trick is hanging on Finlay’s whiskers!
Still waking up crying and disturbing Finlay who starts to bark! I left the radio on and a small light but he seems to wake on every hour and want attention.
That puppy stage - don't envy you. The younger dog will always hang on whiskers or mouth to show subservience We had two retrievers and the pup was always hanging on the jaw! It generally only takes a few days for pups to settle down at night.
@joansmor I used the clock along with a warm pad! He did settle down and all was fine until 3am when Finlay heard a noise outside and started barking! I calmed Georg down and he went off again only to be woken at 5am by Finlay again! @onewing Finlay has the run of the house which we should probably never allowed! He sleeps ok my sisters bed first and always ends up on my bed! I am keeping George in a pen until he is house trained. Finlay woke us up again at 7am - a dog barking outside - and I gave up and came down for a coffee. Both dogs are now curled up in one bed for the first time! They are becoming great friends!
