My favourite shot from Sunday's visit with my niece Ruth and her girls. The RHS side is the wall of our garden so you can see how high the drop is from the top of the wall.
Best on black.
Luckily George seems to be ignoring the wall on the road side now and I have been letting him off the lead in the garden. On the beach I keep taking him off the lead and he loves it. He runs back to me when I call "George Come!" and then he dashes back after whichever dog he is playing with. We are still not quite there but I think he has been wonderful considering he is only 6 months old.
Many thanks for your great comments and Favs on my sunset shot which I see on the PP today - how lovely!!
This is so beautiful and I just love the walls! They have so much character and texture. And the view is lovely also! Great capture! Oh, and on George - I think that if he is just 6 months old you have yourself a fabulous dog!! Lucky you! My little Katie is almost 2 and I am still afraid to let her off her leash!
Such a sweet picture with Ruth and her girls! That's a magnificent location she has...wow! On the beach! No wonderful you love visiting for the beauty of it all!
Without reading your description I loved this shot, love feeling of connectivity between the trio, and then to find out your connection with them made it more beautiful.Oh wow, I can see why you would be scared of the drop from the wall! I know exactly how you feel about George's recall, my Finn is about where George is I think. It does feel like a milestone ready to be ticked off!
This is a lovely shot with so much to see. The texture of those walls, the leading line, the tree shadow, the colours of the people and the lovely scene, all wonderful.
