Rushden Lakes

A quick iPhone shot on our walk around Rushden Lakes. Good to find a bench in the shade. I am having to use a walking stick at the moment as my left knee keeps giving way so I am unable to carry my camera as well as have Finlay on the lead! I can’t have George as he still pulls too much and I am in danger of ending up in the bushes! Another beautiful day but not sure it’s going to last much longer!

@golftragic @taffy I cannot face the thought of knee surgery (such a coward) so really I need to loose lots of weight - same old story and see if that helps. Trying to tempt/feed Barb with her non-existent appetite makes it very hard for me with no will power!! Same old story I'm afraid - I just need something to help me - wire my jaws? LOL!!
