It's my 70th birthday today (how is that possible?) Here are a few of the wonderful presents my dear friends and family have given me. Two gorgeous books, a scarf, gift card, a box of cheese and port (wish I could share it with you!!) and a gorgeous quilt made by my lovely friend Phil (friends for 65 years!!).
The sun is finally shining this morning and we are hoping to get to the beach with the boys. The weather has been very wet so far and the forecast is for wind and rain.
I am looking forward to a visit from my niece Ruth after school today with her three lovely girls. We are having a tea party!!
