There are a pair of partridges living in the garden. What a joy to watch them. They have such beautiful markings especially that red around the eyes. This morning the boys were looking out of the lounge window at the torrential rain when two partridges and four mallards ran past the window. You can imagine what happened!! The boys were running from one end of the cottage to the other barking their heads off!! I didn't let them out - they will have to wait for the rain to ease and I will take them out on their leads. Such a spoil sport!! LOL!!
