The bluebells are in full bloom here in the garden and make a pretty backdrop for George.
We were woken at 5am this morning with the cockerel crowing and he hasn't stopped and it's three hours later. The boys keep barking at this unusual sound and when I took them into the garden you could also hear the geese honking loudly. The animals are all down the lane at Denise and Pete's - I do not remember them making such an early row last year and making the boys bark constantly. Perhaps you only remember the good things!! LOL!!
George seems to be enjoying his holiday. We lived in a Cyprus village for a few months during our 3 years in Cyprus and the cockerels nearly drove us mad. All the villagers owned either chickens, cockerels or turkeys and one cockerel would start crowing about 3 am and start off the rest of them in the village. We did get used to them eventually though.
