The goldfinch was watching the starlings going mad on the new feeders but he wasn't tempted by the mealworms. I might try the sunflower seeds next time.
Wonderful image perfect focus bringing out all the colours of this cute little fellow. When I was a kid our teacher made us tear up the word "cute" and throw it in the bin. I've been loathe to use it ever since but this little fellow is cute.
