Norman Nicholson

A tribute to the poet Norman Nicholson in the small town of Millom in Cumbria. Millom has a long history of mining iron ore and Norman Nicholson used to weave tales about life and struggles of ordinary people into his poetry and essays. He was awarded a Queen's medal for poetry in 1977 and an OBE in 1981
