Exciting moment

Now I know that to most of you this will seem quite ordinary but for me it was the first time I’ve ever seen a lizard in the wild.
I was walking around Bude marshes and saw what I thought was a large bird poo on a fence and then it moved..
I wanted to share my excitement at catching him.

Wonderful! When I was a child, we used to race lizards in Summer that came out if the field opposite. Beautiful creatures. So pleased for you to spot one 🥳🥰💜
