Pink Flower

Anyone out there know the name of this flower growing in my garden, its on a shrub/bush.

Rather unusual whatever it is! I thought of you today when I took a shot of a sprig of a hedgehog bush in the arboretum and used the same orientation for the shot as you have here instead of the horizontal lavender you commented on!
