Knights Trail Lincoln by pcoulson

Knights Trail Lincoln

Just eight of the thirty six knights on display in Lincoln Castle,
The Lincoln Knights Trail with 36 knights located all over the city has been a top Summertime attraction in a milestone year, when Lincoln has celebrated the 800th Anniversary of the Battle of Lincoln and The Sealing of The Charter of the Forest.
The knights are now on view in the castle ready for them being auctioned to raise money for charity on 30th September in Lincoln Cathedral,
Nice capture of the line up.

Such colourful art pieces Peter and a great capture of them. Years ago we had a similar fundraiser here in Halifax, except it was painted giant lobsters. :) I wanted to thank you so much for your many many kind words on my project over the years. I really appreciate your positive and encouraging words. Thanks!
