Svartifoss was perhaps the signature attraction of Skaftafell National Park in the East Region of Iceland. The "Black Waterfall" is surrounded by an amphitheater of basalt columns. We had to hike 45 minutes uphill to get this shot - but I think it was worth it :) (even though I lost my umbrella up here)

The Lord above has provided us with so much beauty to admire and many of us just couldn't care. Wish I were with you on this amazing adventure in this almost 'forgotten' part of the world. Huge fav.
