Taken right at the bottom of the rise, from the road bridge to get the height; you can usually park there, there is a small layby, unfortunately when I got there it was full so I had to go up to the car park near as dammit at the top and then walk down to take the photograph to then have to walk back up. If nothing else it cleared the cobwebs and got my 10,000 steps on the Fitbit

I've walked up that flight, in the rain. We moored our boat at the bottom, and decided we were at the end of the road and turned around!! Moody sky youvd caught there
