Lincoln by Night

Went out with @carole_sandford last night at around 2130, to the South Common, parked up and made our way to the top of the common (not far from the back fence of the soon to be opened memorial to the WWII Bomber Command) and set the camera up on my tripod. From that view, we were able to look over the city, with the striking cathedral on the hill.

Canon EOS 5D on tripod, no flash, no fancy 'settings' - camera set on P mode and ISO changed to get this shot.

@susiemc Thanks Sue. Wouldn't have been able to get that shot with 'my' camera. The sensor is 'half-frame' and needs more light.
