Serendipity by phil_sandford

Serendipity

I decided to take my daily exercise this afternoon at Idle Valley Nature Reserve in Nottinghamshire (we are allowed to drive to somewhere to take our exercise during lockdown 2). I was incredibly surprised to see my daughter and my grandchildren pulling into the car park at the same time. What an incredible stroke of luck.

We walked for miles and then we walked for miles back. Leah latched onto me and told me all about her school work; the three different types of rock;sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic.

I may take my daily exercise there again, and hey, you never know, I might see them again.

Thank you for your views, comments and favs on yesterday’s offering. Much appreciated.
Fantastic portrait of your gorgeous granddaughter
